GET STARTED IN 3 EASY STEPS
STEP #1
Confirm your eligibility for NDIS funding. The NDIS eligibility checklist provides further information.
STEP #2
Apply to access the NDIS. You can make a verbal access request or complete the Access Request Form and send to the NDIA.
STEP #3
Once found eligible, contact ACS. Our friendly Support Coordinators will assist you in receiving support as soon as possible.
